Morocco Ouarzazate

Ouarzazate, Morocco – 2018. Ouarzazate is a city that is known as the gateway to the Sahara Desert. It is in a plateau just south of the High Atlas Mountains and everything to the south is desert. It has a 19th century palace called Taourirt Kasbah and a number of film studios where many movies featuring desert landscapes have been filmed.
